Bissinger's Solid Chocolate

Each variety of our silky smooth, European-style chocolate is crafted based on Karl Bissinger's philosophy, using African cocoa beans which are less bitter by nature. A finer bean means our chocolate requires less sugar and can contain more cocoa resulting in not only a fuller chocolate flavor, but also more of the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals found naturally in cocoa beans.
