Yes you read that right...Guinness truffles! St. Patricks Day without Guinness is like a birthday without cake! In honor of St. Patricks Day we have created our Guinness Truffle Ganache. A creamy blend of dark & milk chocolate to create the perfect balance of sweetness to compliment the distinctive taste of Guiness. Our Guinness ganache is filled into a white Belgian chocolate shell that has a green cocoa butter shamrock painted on top. To accompany these delicious Irish treasures we have dressed up our Baileys Irish Cream truffles with an Irish flag painted on the chocolate, also with cocoa butter. A truly decadent gift for St. Paddy's Day for sure! Shamrock ribbon availabe in the month of March ONLY. All other months ribbon will be solid green.
